Tenemos documentado internamente el error 126, que sería por asunto de certificados de Windows y habría que hacer lo siguiente:

in the Trusted Root Certificates store:
                        https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertAssuredIDRootCA.crt.pem
                        https://cacerts.digicert.com/DigiCertAssuredIDRootCA.crt

In GPEDIT.MSC you can check if root certificates update is disabled.
    1. Click Start, and then click Run.
    2. Type gpedit.msc, and click OK. The Local Group Policy Editor opens.
       If the User Account Control (UAC) dialog box opens, confirm that it displays the correct action and click Continue.
    3. Expand Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Management and click Internet Communication Settings.
    4. In the Internet Communication Settings page, double-click Turn off Automatic Root Certificates Update.
    5. Click Disabled, and then click OK.
